SPACIOUS AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL HOUSE ON A WHOLE HECTARE
Between the hamlet of De Heurne (municipality of Aalten) and the border village of Dinxperlo, in the Achterhoek coulisse landscape, lies this surprising detached house on just under a whole hectare. In this paradise for animal lovers and peace seekers you can make all your living dreams come true. New stables for the horses are already there. There is plenty of room in the multifunctional annex for a B&B or a home practice. Marvel with us at the potential of it all. We are excited. We hope you are too!

Welcome to the original house
We briefly tour the beautiful surroundings before we speed to the house. The entrance gates to the lot are already open for us and we park our car in the spacious driveway. First inside. In the hall we look through the glass in the doors to the back, which is definitely a long way. We begin our exploration in the original house.

To the right we see a modern toilet, the staircase and the basement. Then we enter the L-shaped living room and stand and marvel at the incredible views that are fantastic all around. We stand on solid oak floorboards and look at the lovely wood stove with fun lights in our eyes. We see that something wider has been added at the back. To the side hangs a wide awning with gray cloth.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which have built-in closets. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The boards on the floors are painted white, which gives a nice spatial effect. The old window frames have been replaced with hardwood ones, and insulation has been installed on the ceilings. The exterior wall has also had an insulating aftertreatment and there is double glazing everywhere except the small window in the hallway and in the toilet. The bathroom is modern with a shower, double sink, radiator, recessed spotlights, second toilet, underfloor heating (so nice on early winter mornings) and mechanical ventilation. A separate staircase leads to the attic, but it is currently not in use.

The overwhelming extension
Perpendicular to the house was a large barn. In 2008 this was completely rebuilt and integrated into the house. This was done by means of voids, among other things, which gives a phenomenal extra vibe. Floor heating has been installed and everything is optimally insulated. Through the living room we enter the spacious hall of this living and working area. To our right is the bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and sink.

On the opposite side is a huge bedroom. With a the left side a spacious walk-in closet corner. The height gives extra cachet here. Through the French doors you can walk onto the wide terrace and stare at the full moon at night. Back to the hall. This runs into the spacious kitchen with appliances and patio door to the terrace at the rear. To the side is inside through the practical utility room to reach. Here is a kitchenette and also hangs the Atag Cv-combi boiler from 2013. With a ladder you have access to a handy storage attic. Through the outside door you come to the driveway.

Outside we walk to the office cum hobby room. Here is also another toilet room and an open sleeping attic. If you would like to start a B&B, you can easily add a bathroom here.

Stillness and enjoyment
Here you can intensely enjoy and embrace the silence. This is the place to come home to and escape the merry-go-round of busy life. You can unwind here in many ways. On the plot, for example, you can build a private footpath with sitting areas and benches. You name it, it's possible. As far as we are concerned, you can have a complete swimming pool installed. Go crazy... vacation on your own property. Of course, it is also an ideal place to invite friends and family, celebrate parties or enjoy the setting sun together and the unhindered gazing at the stars.

The garden is grand and has all kinds of nice corners and borders. On both sides are animal pastures connected by a corridor at the very back by a grove. From the wide terrace with beautiful pergola at the back you can see the spacious gazebo on the left. In the sunshine, 18 solar panels are saving money for you. These have been there for over four years now. The right part of the barn consists of a recently built barn of Stelcon plates. The roof is insulated. There is a convenient water supply with five tapping points and fencing with electric fence. We also see a chicken coop and two wood storage sheds. Don't have any horses? Then why not just bring your camels, alpacas, ostriches or sheep?

More facts
The current residents had set their sights on becoming intensively involved in horseback riding with their children from this spot. That turned out a little differently than expected and therefore, because of work and the children, they want to move a little further west. 'We will move the woni

How do we calculate this?

Actual interest and net monthly payments may vary depending on your personal situation and the mortgage lender. Please consult a financial advisor for an accurate calculation and advice. No rights can be derived from this calculation; it serves only as an indication.
